The Wine Flows at the Douglas Cardinal Performing Arts Centre

April Wine Grande Prairie Myles Goodwyn & April Wine Live 2013 will be performing at the Douglas Cardinal Performing Arts Centre in Grande Prairie tomorrow night, Wednesday, April 3.

April Wine songs were a staple play for radio stations in Canada and the United States beginning in the early 1970s. Their song 'You Could Have Been a Lady' from their 1972 album Fast Lane reached number five on the Canadian record charts and made its way onto the Billboard top 100.

April Wine was formed in Nova Scotia in 1969 and their first album was recorded in 1971. The band has received many accolades and honours during their long career including a Canadian Music Week Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

Myles Goodwyn & April Wine Live will treat both old and new fans to some of best of Canadian musical entertainment. The band has a reputation for delivering great live performances and will no doubt be performing some of their greatest hits in Grande Prairie; old and new fans alike who attend the show will be treated to a piece of Canadian music history.

This is a concert that should not be missed.
